Hello! Contact us for original art and custom requests.
Jen Gold is a local artist who grew up in Lake Cowichan and after living Vancouver and Victoria, moved “home” permanently in 2019. The natural beauty of the Cowichan Lake area greatly influences Jen’s art and lifestyle.
In 2003 Jen attended Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design, but it was not until 2014 that she began to create space for art in her life. Jen currently paints landscapes, florals and portraits in acrylic paint and draws realistic renderings in pen. Right now she is adding to her Lake Cowichan collection of local landscape paintings.
Everything about life inspires Jen; she is free spirited and has mega-awe for the natural world and the Universe. When she is not creating or spending time with her family you will find her hiking, biking, swimming, dancing, cooking, gardening, meditating, out on the coast or attempting to strum a guitar. She is passionate about awakening, 5D consciousness, raising her vibration and living fully from her heart space.
Jen has participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions on Southern Vancouver Island, including the juried show in Victoria, Now! Her awards include 2nd place for her drawing, “A Rose on Black” in Fort St. John and the People’s Choice Award at the 2019 Annual Kaatza Art Show for her drawing, “Orchids in Black & White”. Her drawings have been published in two, California-based colouring books and a float-inspired art book in Victoria. She has been commissioned to create 60+ works of art. Jen Gold’s art is held in private collections in California, Texas and across Canada.
